Environmental Assessment:  Evaluation of real estate for environmental contamination, most   often used in conjunction with a pending real   estate transaction. Services are available for all phases of the environmental assessment, including initial evaluation, confirmation and delineation of soil/water contamination and remediation.

Regulatory Audits:  Evaluation of facility for compliance with applicable U.S. EPA, State, and local environmental regulations including Air, Water, and Waste (solid and hazardous)

Permitting and Reporting:  Prepare and submit to federal, state, and local agencies necessary permits, quarterly and annual reporting in conjunction with environmental regulations.

Field Sampling:  Formulation of statistical sampling and analysis plans, and collection of samples from soil, ground water, and facility discharges according to EPA and ASTM methodologies.

Waste Management:  Manage characterization, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and regulated wastes according to current EPA and DOT regulations
